The 1800 exclusive villas of the Palm Jumeirah are situated on the private and security controlled streets which are known as fronds. Each villa comes with its own private pool and access to a resident only beach.  The villas which were handed over from the developer at the end of 2007 and have been extremely successful. The larger homes on the fronds are known as Signature villas while the slightly smaller villas are called “Garden Homes”. Palm Jumeriah Overview
